Most of us would rather not be in a doctor’s office, much less the hospital. Re:Generations focuses on keeping you and your whole family well and effectively treating health conditions to prevent further illness and to promote optimal wellness.
We aren’t the right practice for everyone. Our niche is to provide holistic medical care from a distinctly Christian perspective using a subscription based model. In a world where patients often experience healthcare environments that assault their values, privacy, or personal preferences and concerns, we are committed to expert, compassionate, primary care experienced as a collaborative relationship between the provider and patient—focused on health.
You don’t have to be a Christian to benefit from our services, but our commitment is to always provide high quality care that aims to be well-pleasing to God. Because of that commitment, there are some medical services we do not provide.
Our goal is for you to be well, serving the Lord with the strength he gives, and our direct to patient model frees us from other concerns. Providing safe, effective, family healthcare to the glory of God and for the good of our patients can be our one focus. Our name says it all: we are concerned about the wellbeing of you and your generations.
A modern approach to metabolic health
In addition to direct family medical care, Re:Generations provides metabolic health services: weight loss management, and prediabetes/diabetes reversal and management.
Our metabolic health subscription includes evaluation, customized planning, biometric monitoring, monthly appointments, medication management, health coaching, and regular education.
We will work with you to create a plan that helps you achieve a healthy weight, and if needed, to seek safe reversal of your prediabetes or diabetes. For Type-2 diabetes reversal, we primarily utilize a ketosis approach, switching your metabolism from carbohydrate focused to fat focused. The aim is to decrease blood glucose levels to normal, decrease body fat and insulin resistance, and decrease or even eliminate the need for diabetes medications and insulin. We do not manage Type-1 diabetes at this time.

Direct Primary Care Subscription
Direct-to-patient, full-service primary care, online or in-person visits included. While we provide nutritional counseling for all of our patients, a full-service Metabolic Health Subscription can be added for free.
Enrollment: $100 for a family, husband and wife, or individual
Per month:
$85 for an individual
$150 for a husband and wife
$185 for a husband, wife, and children (children 18 years and older $35/month)
Metabolic Health Subscription
Evaluation and planning, biometric monitoring, monthly online or in-person visits, medication management, and health coaching included.

Per month: $65, free to direct primary care subscription members
