We provide high quality, low cost, health-focused care, at a fraction of the price of regular, insurance-based healthcare plans. Our primary care subscription complements high-deductible insurance plans or medical cost-sharing ministries like Samaritan Ministries or Medi-Share, creating a low-cost, comprehensive healthcare benefit for your minister, employees, and their families. All enrollment fees and subscription fees are discounted 10% for Christian churches and organizations.

To benefit Christian churches and organizations, all enrollment fees and monthly subscription fees for Diaconal Care are discounted 10% from our regular Direct Primary Care rates. Diaconal Care includes all the benefits of Direct Primary Care and Metabolic Wellness subscriptions.
