Physical Therapy
Nathan Smith, Doctor of Physical Therapy, provides personalized, high-quality physical therapy at affordable, direct-to-patient prices, in our family’s clinic or at your own home (Pella and Oskaloosa areas). Physical therapy can help with a wide range of conditions, including chronic and acute pain, sports injuries, balance and mobility problems, and many other disorders and injuries.
Orthopedic
With experience in a variety of orthopedic cases from joint replacements to sports injuries, we have the tools to help you recover your movement, decrease your pain, and regain your strength. We are able to equip you with an exercise program to help you reach your goals with a decreased risk of injury.
Vestibular
If you struggle with dizziness or have had a concussion, come be evaluated for a treatment plan. There are a variety of non-medicinal treatment options that we offer for dizziness and concussions.
Dry Needling
If you are suffering from chronic pain, nerve injuries, orthopedic injuries, or other varieties of pain, then dry needling may be an alternative treatment option to improve your mobility and decrease your pain.
Home Care
If you have difficulty getting out of your home for appointments, or if it is simply more convenient for you, we can come to your home for your evaluation and treatment! We are able to perform home evaluations and wheelchair evaluations to recommend any equipment you might need.

$75 for a 45 minute initial evaluation, includes treatment.
Treatment sessions:
$60 for 30 minutes
$90 for 45 minutes
$120 for 60 minutes
Home visits

$100 for a 45 minute evaluation, includes treatment.

Wheelchair Evaluation
We can provide wheelchair assessments to help you in the process of finding the best mobility aid for you, including a physical assessment, measurements, and a letter of medical necessity.
